Phone Getting Cut Off?

Since the passing of my mom, there has been financial difficulty. After test driving multiple apps I have found the two best apps for free texting and free voice calls that can work for all phone platforms (or just about.)

SKYPE: Best for voice calls, I usually use this app on the computer to do face to face calls with friends far away, but when I don't have my phone I can have people call me at my skype number and we can talk like a regular phone call.

TEXT +: Hands down this is the best app for free texting! You get your own phone number and you can text people easily with this app. I give this app FIVE STARS! It's a great back up.
